I am obsessed with personal development. It’s hard work, messy, complicated when unloading your fears and insecurities and trying to understand and make sense of everything inside my head, but the journey is worth it! The rewards are bonuses! I just heard the podcast if Bob Burg from Oct. 22, 2020. I chose to listen to it because I’m a pharma sales rep. My job is to educate physicians and nurses on my products. I was listening to this podcast while waiting to speak to the office supervisor. I was on hold for 35 minutes. It was totally worth the wait because I found out she already uses and loves one of my products. During the call, I used the words “My job is to add value to your decision making habits when choosing a medication. As a graduate from medical school myself, I would only do what’s best in my patients interest. Any rewards in the form of money/cash value is only an added bonus”. After a 15 minute at length conversation, she was highly pleased with me and we exchanged our contact information and she now will move onto the next steps to booking me to meet the physicians virtually. This podcast was highly insightful. I learn something new every time I listen to it!
